Bishop's FullTime is a portable restroom company located in Ulster, PA. We service Bradford, Sullivan, Wyoming, Susquehanna, and Tioga counties in Pennsylvania, along with the Southern Tier of New York. Some services we provide include rental of portable restrooms (of all shapes and sizes), portable hand washing stations, above the ground holding tanks, as well as some very nice restroom trailers.
